By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our travel services — including flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rental, bus tickets, and visa services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Ganesha Official.
Ganesha Official acts as a travel agent and tour operator providing the following services:
Ganesha Official acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities). We are not the direct provider of transport, accommodation, or visa services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or required partial payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher or e-ticket by Ganesha Official.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, bank transfer, and cash at our office. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
All applicable GST, service taxes, airport taxes, and government levies are additional to the quoted price unless explicitly stated as inclusive. These charges will be clearly itemized in your booking invoice.
Prices quoted on our website and in verbal communications are estimates. Final prices are confirmed at time of booking and may vary due to airline fare changes, hotel rate changes, currency fluctuations, or tax revisions.
Cancellation charges vary by service type, booking date, and the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or tour operator. The following general cancellation guidelines apply:

Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the specific airline's cancellation policy, which may differ significantly from the above. Airline penalties and non-refundable fare components will be deducted from any refund. Our service fee is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@ganeshaofficial.in or submitted in person at our office. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
Subject to the cancellation charges outlined above, eligible refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors. Our service fees and charges are non-refundable in all cases.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they possess all valid and required travel documents before their journey. This includes:
Ganesha Official provides visa assistance and guidance, but the granting of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for any visa refusals.
Ganesha Official is not responsible for denied boarding, deportation, or any costs incurred due to inadequate or incorrect travel documentation. Always verify entry requirements with official government sources before travelling.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganesha Official shall not be liable for:
Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from Ganesha Official through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, OBD (Outbound Dialing), Google RCS, or any other digital communication platforms.
If you prefer not to receive marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@ganeshaofficial.in. Transactional messages related to confirmed bookings cannot be opted out of as they are essential for service delivery.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Ganesha Official or its licensed content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Ganesha Official. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
We encourage customers to first contact our customer service team at info@ganeshaofficial.in to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 shall apply to all transactions and disputes arising from our services.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
Ganesha Official reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. We will notify existing customers of significant changes via email where applicable.
