Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ganesha Official, a travel company registered and operating at Shop No 6, Capital Commercial Plaza, Rohini Sector 7, New Delhi, Delhi 110085, India.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our travel services — including flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rental, bus tickets, and visa services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ Important

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Ganesha Official.

2 Our Services

Ganesha Official acts as a travel agent and tour operator providing the following services:

  • Flight Bookings: Domestic and international airline ticket reservations
  • Hotel Reservations: Accommodation bookings for properties worldwide
  • Bus Tickets: Intercity and interstate bus reservations across India
  • Holiday Packages: Customized domestic and international tour packages
  • Car Rental: Self-drive and chauffeur-driven vehicle hire services
  • Visa Services: Visa application assistance and documentation support
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance facilitation through licensed partners
  • 24/7 Support: Customer service and emergency travel assistance

Ganesha Official acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities). We are not the direct provider of transport, accommodation, or visa services.

3 Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or required partial payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher or e-ticket by Ganesha Official.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required for flight tickets and most hotel bookings at time of booking
  • Holiday packages require a minimum 25% deposit at time of booking with the balance due 30 days before departure
  • Visa service fees are payable in full at time of application submission
  • All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, bank transfer, and cash at our office. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

3.4 GST & Taxes

All applicable GST, service taxes, airport taxes, and government levies are additional to the quoted price unless explicitly stated as inclusive. These charges will be clearly itemized in your booking invoice.

Prices quoted on our website and in verbal communications are estimates. Final prices are confirmed at time of booking and may vary due to airline fare changes, hotel rate changes, currency fluctuations, or tax revisions.

4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary by service type, booking date, and the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or tour operator. The following general cancellation guidelines apply:

⚠️ Important Notice

Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the specific airline's cancellation policy, which may differ significantly from the above. Airline penalties and non-refundable fare components will be deducted from any refund. Our service fee is non-refundable.

4.1 How to Cancel

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@ganeshaofficial.in or submitted in person at our office. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.

5 Refund Policy

Subject to the cancellation charges outlined above, eligible refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 7-14 business days from cancellation approval
  • Net Banking/UPI payments: 5-10 business days from cancellation approval
  • Bank Transfer payments: 7-10 business days from cancellation approval
  • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer within 10 business days

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors. Our service fees and charges are non-refundable in all cases.

5.1 Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa application fees (regardless of visa outcome)
  • Travel insurance premiums once the policy is issued
  • Non-refundable airline fares and hotel rates
  • Processing and service fees charged by Ganesha Official

6 Travel Documents & Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they possess all valid and required travel documents before their journey. This includes:

  • Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond the travel date
  • Appropriate visas for all countries to be visited, transited, or entered
  • All required vaccination certificates and health documents
  • Valid travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Any additional documents required by airlines, hotels, or authorities

Ganesha Official provides visa assistance and guidance, but the granting of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for any visa refusals.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility

Ganesha Official is not responsible for denied boarding, deportation, or any costs incurred due to inadequate or incorrect travel documentation. Always verify entry requirements with official government sources before travelling.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganesha Official shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
  • Hotel overbooking, service issues, or changes in accommodation quality
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or baggage
  • Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • Government actions, strikes, war, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Visa refusals, entry denials, or deportation
  • Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services

Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific booking in question.

8 Notification and Communication Consent

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from Ganesha Official through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, OBD (Outbound Dialing), Google RCS, or any other digital communication platforms.

8.1 Communications You May Receive

  • Booking confirmations, e-tickets, and travel documents
  • Service updates, travel alerts, and emergency notifications
  • Promotional offers, deals, holiday packages, and special discounts
  • Newsletters and travel inspiration content
  • Customer satisfaction surveys and feedback requests

8.2 Opting Out

If you prefer not to receive marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at info@ganeshaofficial.in. Transactional messages related to confirmed bookings cannot be opted out of as they are essential for service delivery.

9 User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any booking or enquiry
  • Use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from our website
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services

We reserve the right to cancel bookings, terminate accounts, and take legal action against any customer who violates these conduct standards.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Ganesha Official or its licensed content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Ganesha Official. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to first contact our customer service team at info@ganeshaofficial.in to resolve any complaints or disputes amicably. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our customer service process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 shall apply to all transactions and disputes arising from our services.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

13 Changes to Terms

Ganesha Official reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. We will notify existing customers of significant changes via email where applicable.

Your continued use of our services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
